Compassionate Healthcare Professional

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled healthcare professional to join our team at Oak Valley Health. As a member of our interprofessional team, you will work collaboratively with Registered Nurses and Personal Support Aides in providing care to alternate level of care patients awaiting transition back to the community.

About the RoleIn this role, you will practice in an environment where our focus is on patient/family-centered care, customer satisfaction, and ongoing professional development. You will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of healthcare professionals who share your commitment to excellence and compassion.
You will be responsible for providing direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care. You will also participate in education and training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements- Recent related inpatient rehabilitation and/or inpatient medical/surgical experience with evidence of well-developed clinical skills.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to a patient/family-centred care environment.
- Demonstrated good attendance and performance records with the ability to maintain these same standards.
- Demonstrated commitment to a healthy and safe workplace for self and others by taking all reasonable precautions and working in compliance with organization-related policies, health and safety legislation and best practices.
