Job Overview

Bayshore HealthCare seeks a seasoned Client Service Management Professional to lead our client care coordination team. This role requires a strong background in customer service, with a proven track record of managing scheduling processes and ensuring timely data entry.


Schedule and Salary

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year. The successful candidate will be required to work 3 days in-office and 2 days remotely, Monday through Sunday, between 5am and 10pm. Rotating shifts are also expected, along with some travel requirements.


Key Responsibilities

The Client Service Management Professional will oversee the coordination of client care schedules, facilitating the filling of all service requests. They will schedule licensed and unlicensed employees for care and service assignments, ensuring an appropriate match between clients' needs and staff qualifications. Additionally, they will:

  • Arrange systems training for Client Service Coordinators;
  • Perform performance management of the team, including performance reviews, documentation, and staff one-on-ones;
  • Handle prospective client inquiries regarding requests for care and service;
  • Notify clients and Field employees regarding initial and ongoing schedules;
  • Problem-solve issues related to scheduling Field employees and/or client care and service;
  • Maintain accurate and current scheduling documentation;
  • Assist with recruitment and orientation of Client Service Coordinators as requested;
  • Document client concerns and complaints in a timely manner;
  • Adhere to Bayshore Policies and Procedures;
  • Participate in quality activities and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of five years related customer service experience with progressive responsibilities in a management capacity;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills;
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities;
  • A commitment to providing exceptional customer service;
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of client and corporate information.
