Job Summary:

The Data Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting the planning department's effective and efficient operations. This position involves performing various administrative and clerical tasks to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Review and verify daily work orders for accuracy.
  2. Print and manage work orders from the planning system.
  3. Scan and update work orders in the McLaren database.
  4. Enter asset updates, including model and serial numbers.
  5. Contribute to monthly projections and investigate discrepancies.
  6. Close out work orders daily and maintain accurate records.
  7. Replenish printed JHA stock as needed.
  8. Assist with typing service call write-ups and prepare material boxes for Main Administration.
  9. Perform other duties as required to support Bouchier's client service.
  10. Carry out day-to-day administrative tasks, such as maintaining information files and processing paperwork.
  11. Collaborate with Planners and Main Administration as needed.
  12. Ensure all responsibilities are completed according to set deadlines and maintain high standards of safety, productivity, and quality.

Requirements:

  1. High School Diploma
  2. Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a related role
  3. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
  4. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with a focus on Excel, Word, and Outlook
  7. Strong typing skills, accuracy, and spelling
  8. Excellent customer service skills
  9. Proven ability to be flexible, multitask, set priorities, and meet deadlines
  10. Detail-oriented, meticulous approach to work, troubleshooting/problem-solving skills
  11. Positive attitude, reliability, and team-oriented with highly developed interpersonal skills and ability to work harmoniously with a diverse workforce
  12. Excellent time management skills
  13. High level of efficiency while maintaining accuracy
  14. Sensitive to issues of confidentiality and compliance
