Data Entry Clerk Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team at DTS Trucking Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, maintaining databases, and performing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enter data into our systems with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Maintain and update databases to ensure data integrity
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including data transfer and storage
  • Classify and label data for easy retrieval
  • Create digital records using a scanner
  • Plan and organize daily operations to meet deadlines
  • Transfer handwritten data to digital formats

Work Environment:
  • Permanent full-time position
  • 40 hours per week
