Customer Support Representative Job Description

Brandt is seeking a skilled Customer Support Representative to join our team in the commercial vehicle industry. This role is based in our Regina Customer Contact Center location.

This position involves placing new customer parts orders, following up on existing orders, confirming inventory availability, and responding to pricing inquiries to support our network of branch locations across the country.

We have a comprehensive training program in place to provide support on products, terminology, and techniques necessary to succeed in this role.

The ideal candidate will have experience using multiple web applications and programs, as well as the ability to quickly navigate through various systems while responding to incoming customer inquiries.

Fluency in both French and English is considered an asset, but not necessary. Various shifts are available to support our 24/7 Customer Service Centre.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to parts pricing inquiries from customers through phone, email, and text channels
  • Accurately fulfill parts order requests from clients
  • Provide availability of inventory and shipping times to customers
  • Provide parts support and assistance for other Brandt field staff members
  • Work with multiple vendors to provide customers with various options to satisfy their parts requests
Required Skills:
  • Experienced multitasker able to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver the highest level of customer satisfaction
  • Detail-oriented to maintain the highest level of accuracy in handling customer parts requests
  • Active listener able to understand customers through two-way engagement
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous Heavy-duty truck industry experience is considered an asset but not necessary
