Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Indo Spice Grocery Store Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure efficient store operations
- Hire, train, and develop staff to meet business needs
- Manage inventory levels and maintain a well-stocked store
- Prepare sales reports and analyze data to inform business decisions
- Resolve customer complaints and supply chain issues in a timely manner
- Supervise and coordinate activities of store staff to achieve sales targets
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of retail experience
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and accuracy in tasks
- Flexibility and reliability in work hours and tasks
The Retail Store Supervisor will work in a fast-paced retail environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with staff and customers.
