Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Airdrie Liquor Store.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Manage Staff: Lead and motivate a team of retail staff, including apprentices, sales associates, and design team members.
- Hire and Train: Recruit and train new staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- Merchandise and Inventory: Order and manage merchandise, as well as maintain accurate inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Reporting and Performance: Prepare regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, and conduct performance reviews to ensure staff are meeting expectations.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner, ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Language: English.
- Work Schedule: 35 hours per week.
