Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Airdrie Liquor Store. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Management
- Supervise and mentor a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Hire, train, and develop staff to ensure a high-performing team.
- Store Operations
- Manage store inventory, including ordering merchandise and maintaining accurate stock levels.
- Establish and maintain work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports to inform business decisions.
- Customer Service
- Ensure a positive customer experience by resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer loyalty and retention.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
- Work Setting
