Office Support Specialist

We are a leading financial services company seeking an experienced Office Support Specialist to join our team.
Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in providing administrative support in a fast-paced environment. They must be able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating excellent time management and multitasking skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet clients and visitors, direct them to relevant contacts or service areas.
- Provide basic information to clients and the public, ensuring accurate and timely responses.
- Process customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
- Operate the switchboard or telephone system, handling incoming calls and relaying messages to relevant personnel.
- Record and relay important information, maintaining confidentiality when necessary.
- Schedule appointments and confirm details with clients and colleagues.
- Receive and process payments, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Perform various clerical duties, including filing, sorting, and distributing mail.
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages to relevant personnel.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the private sector.
- Demonstrated proficiency in using electronic schedulers, word processing software, and database systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other productivity software is essential.
This is a full-time position that requires on-site work. The ideal candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
Benefits:We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we provide free parking for employees.
