We are a leading financial services company seeking an experienced Office Support Specialist to join our team.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in providing administrative support in a fast-paced environment. They must be able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating excellent time management and multitasking skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet clients and visitors, direct them to relevant contacts or service areas.
  • Provide basic information to clients and the public, ensuring accurate and timely responses.
  • Process customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Operate the switchboard or telephone system, handling incoming calls and relaying messages to relevant personnel.
  • Record and relay important information, maintaining confidentiality when necessary.
  • Schedule appointments and confirm details with clients and colleagues.
  • Receive and process payments, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Perform various clerical duties, including filing, sorting, and distributing mail.
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages to relevant personnel.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the private sector.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in using electronic schedulers, word processing software, and database systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other productivity software is essential.
Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position that requires on-site work. The ideal candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we provide free parking for employees.
