Main Responsibilities:
  • Obtain and record accurate demographic and insurance information on patients
  • Perform cashiering functions to ensure hospital accounts are secure
  • Conduct medical necessity checks to ensure compliance with Medicare guidelines

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Four years of customer service experience, including two years in hospital registration
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
