Guest Service Manager

Nous recherchons un directeur de la clientèle qui peut facilement construire des relations et créer une forte "synergie" au sein de nos équipes de service. Ce passionné de satisfaction client utilisera son dynamisme et ses connaissances pour s'assurer d'une coordination fluide et efficace de toutes nos opérations hôtelières en matière de réception, de réservations, de contrôle de nuit, de services de concierge et de stationnement de voitures. Il/elle est prêt à aller au-delà pour s'assurer du plus haut niveau de satisfaction client.

CE QUE VOUS FAREZ

  • Participez activement à la gestion et à la planification des ressources humaines, financières et matérielles de l'hôtel et soutenez les grands projets de transformation.
  • Soutenez, formez, développez et gérez les performances des équipes de service par des moyens formels et informels.
  • Assurez la satisfaction client et la qualité de l'expérience par l'anticipation des besoins, la ponctualité, la reconnaissance et la gestion efficace des plaintes.
  • Maintenez de excellentes relations avec tous les membres du milieu de travail : clients, employés, centre de service hôtelier Germain, partenaires, fournisseurs, etc.
  • Assurez la sécurité des locaux et des personnes en connaissant et en mettant en œuvre (si nécessaire) les mesures de gestion d'urgence et de crise, y compris en cas d'incendie ; en diffusant les tendances criminelles et en s'assurant que l'hôtel est conforme au standard PCI DSS.

CE QUE VOUS APPORTEZ

  • Diplôme en gestion hôtelière est un atout
  • 2 à 5 ans d'expérience en Hôtellerie
  • 1 an d'expérience en gestion de la réception
  • Fluence en anglais (parlé et écrit), une autre langue est un atout
  • Capacité à résoudre des problèmes, gérer les priorités et travailler de manière efficace et professionnelle
  • Assertivité et capacité naturelle à communiquer (à la fois oralement et par écrit), à inspirer et à mobiliser les équipes
  • Excellent compréhension de la prévision de budget basée sur les coûts de main-d'œuvre et les opérations hôtelières
  • Bonnes connaissances de l'Office et de l'OPERA PMS
