Sam Sandhu Computers is seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional to lead and manage a team of sales professionals, driving business growth and revenue expansion.

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting performance reviews, planning and controlling budgets, working closely with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages, determining strategic planning related to new product lines, establishing organizational policies and procedures, leading sales teams in building relationships with business clients, managing negotiations of sales contracts, organizing regional and divisional sales operations, and recruiting, training, and managing staff.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in sales management, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. As a senior sales manager, you will be responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 people and providing mentorship, coaching, and networking opportunities for diverse groups including persons with disabilities, newcomers, refugees, youth, veterans, Indigenous peoples, and visible minorities.

This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week in English. The estimated salary range for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 annually, depending on location and experience.
