Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with senior leadership to provide strategic direction for Student Services, fostering collaboration between units and ensuring consistency in policies, programs, and services related to students.

  • Oversee various functions including Student Enrolment, Student Affairs, and Student Services Operations, ensuring seamless delivery of services and support to students.

What We Offer:

SFU is an equity employer, encouraging applications from diverse individuals who can contribute to its diversity. The successful candidate will be given a competitive salary, estimated to be around $140,000-$180,000 CAD per annum, commensurate with experience. This salary range reflects the market rate for similar positions in Canada and takes into account the specific requirements of the role, such as overseeing large teams and developing strategic plans.
