Job Title: Assistant Restaurant Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team at VIP Tires & Service. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in the management of our restaurant, working closely with the Restaurant General Manager to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and guidance to Shift Leaders, Shift Managers, and Team Members to achieve operational excellence.
  • Assist in the management of day-to-day operations, including labour, inventory, and supplies.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage financial controls, including cash handling and reconciliations.
  • Directly perform hands-on operational work to train and develop Team Members and Shift Managers.
  • Ensure Occupational Safety & Health Act, local health and safety codes, and corporate safety/security policies and procedures are met and followed.

Requirements:

  • One to two years management experience.
  • Thorough knowledge of all restaurant equipment, policies, and procedures.
  • Completion of all internal training curriculums.
