Healthcare Project Manager

ARC Business Solutions Inc. is a customer-focused information technology solution provider with a proven track record of delivering strategic, creative, and technical business solutions. Our service delivery is centered around four main technology solution verticals: Systems Delivery, Enterprise Information Management, Training, and Managed Services, with industry expertise in Energy, Utilities, Government, Financial Services, and the Public Sector.
We are currently seeking experienced individuals to fill upcoming Healthcare Project Manager positions with our clients. The successful candidate will possess demonstrated experience in the following areas:
Key Qualifications:- Post-secondary degree in Business Administration or equivalent;
- Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience driving project management in a busy, multifaceted environment in a healthcare vertical (data analytics or information technology setting is an asset);
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) designation;
- Experience delivering high-risk, process-oriented IT projects and vendor contract management are mandatory;
- Experience in managing large-scale IT software implementations;
- Experience in organizational change management;
- Understanding of IT security;
- Experience in organizational change management communications;
- Experience working in a healthcare and/or research environment an asset.
- Demonstrated experience establishing and/or operating the following project control processes on multiple projects: schedule management, issue management, risk management, status reporting, change control, budget/effort management;
- Ability to work effectively with all levels of the client organization;
- Experience with projects spanning the full systems development life cycle;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in a large organization;
- A successful track record;
- Minimum direct report team size of three (3) not including PM position.
Degree destinations (e.g., Bachelor of Science, Computing Science) and/or vendor technical certifications are desirable criteria for our selection.
