Key Responsibilities

  • Provide multilingual support to customers via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring timely and effective resolution of their inquiries.
  • Assist customers in navigating our products and services, offering personalized solutions to meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Experience team to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
  • Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure smooth delivery of orders and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Work closely with the Customer Experience team to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
