Farm Operations Manager

Chans Nursery Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Farm Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our agricultural operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our farm workers and ensuring the efficient production of high-quality crops.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide agricultural crop services such as plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying, and harvesting.
- Coordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers.
- Maintain quality control and production records.
- Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations.
- Maintain work records and logs.
- Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment.
- English language proficiency.
- 40 hours per week.
