Job Title: Quarry Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Quarry Operations Manager to join our team at Accurate HD LTD.

Job Summary:

The Quarry Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our quarry site, ensuring that production quotas and procedures are met. This includes evaluating the efficiency of production sites, determining the adequacy of personnel, equipment, and technologies used, and establishing work schedules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate daily operations to ensure optimal production and efficiency
  • Advise senior management on operational matters
  • Recommend operational changes to improve production and efficiency
  • Evaluate the adequacy of personnel, equipment, and technologies used
  • Establish work schedules and ensure adherence to safety regulations
  • Prepare production reports and provide regular updates to senior management
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in quarry operations or a related field
  • Proven track record of improving production and efficiency
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
