Job Title: Quarry Operations Manager

Job Summary: Accurate HD LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Quarry Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our mining sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quarry management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
  • Advise senior management on operational matters
  • Recommend changes to improve production quotas and procedures
  • Evaluate the efficiency of production sites to determine the adequacy of personnel, equipment, and technologies used
  • Establish work schedules and confer with other managers to set production quotas
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and prepare production reports

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience in quarry management
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel
