Job Title: Quarry Operations Manager

Accurate HD LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Quarry Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our quarry sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe production of quarry materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate daily operations to ensure compliance with safety regulations and production targets.
  • Advise senior management on operational matters and recommend changes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Confer with other managers to set production quotas and plan extraction sites.
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and prepare production reports.
  • Supervise a team of 5-10 people and establish work schedules.
Requirements:
  • 5 years or more of experience in quarry operations or a related field.
  • College/CEGEP degree or equivalent experience.
  • Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel.
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized and efficient with a fast-paced environment.
