The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of financial management, strategic planning, and corporate growth strategies. With a minimum of 10 years of senior financial experience, preferably in technology or related industries, the successful candidate will provide hands-on leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the finance staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the CEO and operating teams to provide financial guidance and counsel on strategic business planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Lead the finance function, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Play a key role in M&A processes, supporting corporate staff with strategy, due diligence, transactions, and integrations.
