Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the CEO and operating teams to provide strategic financial guidance and counsel on business planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Lead and mentor the finance staff, driving performance and growth.
  • Play a key role in M&A processes, supporting corporate staff with strategy, due diligence, transactions, and integrations.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory reporting requirements.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of senior financial management experience in technology or related industries.
  • Public company experience and strong business understanding.
  • Strategic thinking skills and ability to drive growth.
