As a highly successful and stable company, we're seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive leadership team. The CFO will play a critical role in shaping our financial strategy, driving growth, and ensuring the long-term success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Lead the finance team in providing financial guidance and support to the CEO and operating team.
  • Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Oversee accounting, tax, insurance, budget, credit, and treasury functions.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Manage relationships with audit firms and other stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of senior financial management experience in a software or services company.
  • Solid operational skills and experience.
  • Experience managing IT functions within the finance mandate.
  • M&A experience.
