Job Title: Registered Nurse - Home Health

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team in Toronto. As a Registered Nurse with CBI Health Group, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, providing high-quality care and support in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide nursing care and support to clients in their own homes
  • Assess client needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document client progress and communicate with healthcare teams
Requirements:
  • Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario in good standing
  • Clear vulnerable sector screening
  • Access to a reliable and insured vehicle
  • A valid driver's license and ability/willingness to travel within North York and Toronto
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Ability to communicate in French or other languages is considered an asset
