Job Title: Accounting Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Supervisor to join our team at Redi-Plumbing Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the accounting functions of the company, ensuring accurate financial transactions, and providing technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule events, programs, and activities to ensure smooth operation of equipment
  • Prepare and submit reports to management
  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work to minimize downtime
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to achieve company goals
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping
  • Strong knowledge of accounting software, including MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, Quick Books, Xero, and Sage Accounting Software
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy
  • Client-focused and efficient interpersonal skills
