Job Title: Accounting Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Supervisor to join our team at Redi-Plumbing Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the accounting functions of the company, ensuring accurate financial transactions, and providing technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule events, programs, and activities to ensure smooth operation of equipment and resolve work problems.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key financial metrics and trends.
  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and accuracy.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work to minimize downtime.
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting software, including MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, Quick Books, Xero, and Sage Accounting Software.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to provide technical advice and guidance to team members.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
