Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Dominos. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation and service staff.
- Train staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports to management.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
This is a permanent position with a 30-35 hour workweek. The ideal candidate will be able to stand for extended periods and work in a dynamic environment.
