Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team at Randstad Canada. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for a broad range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and benefits management.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a leader in recruitment and develop proactive strategies to attract top talent

Participate in the optimization of an effective recruitment strategy to deliver timely and effective customer service and support to internal hiring managers

Assist with new hire onboarding process and provide coaching and advice to leaders on HR matters

Provide timely and accurate HR processing for assigned partners, including employee engagement, performance management, benefits management, and merit increases

Participate in global HR projects and execute HR initiatives at sites level

Maintain confidential and accurate employee files and manage work accident claims process

Requirements

Post-secondary education with an emphasis on Human Resource Management

3-5 years' experience working as an HR professional with demonstrated experience in a broad range of HR functions

Ability to work independently, organized, and manage multiple priorities
