Job Title: HR Generalist

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team at Randstad Canada. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for providing support to our clients and candidates in a variety of HR-related functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, and provide support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • HR Operations: Assist with the coordination of HR-related projects, including employee onboarding, performance management, and benefits administration.
  • Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention, including training and development programs.
  • HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, and provide guidance to employees and managers on HR-related matters.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment, talent management, and employee engagement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of organizational and time management skills.
