About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Richmoor's Pizzeria. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
    • Train and develop staff in their roles, focusing on excellent customer service, food safety, and quality control.
  • Operations Management
    • Establish and maintain efficient systems for managing inventory, supplies, and equipment.
    • Monitor and control food costs, labor costs, and other operational expenses.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, addressing any complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping
    • Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry.
  • Work Setting
    • Food service establishment.
    • Restaurant.

    • Efficient interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent oral communication.

Working Conditions
  • 40 hours per week.
