Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Officer to join our team at SATONYING MANAGEMENT LTD.
About the RoleThe Operations Officer will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities- Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including data entry and report preparation
- Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation
- Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
- Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
- Perform data entry and oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
- Resolve conflict situations and monitor and evaluate office operations
- Plan and control budget and expenditures
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Computer and technology knowledge, including MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, and MS Windows
- Area of specialization in project management
- Ability to work independently, under pressure, and with tight deadlines
- Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility, organization, reliability, ability to multitask, time management, adaptability, and team player
