Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at DXB Logistics Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and services across our network.
Key Responsibilities- Dispatch and Coordination: Schedule assignments and coordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
- Logistics Management: Maintain accurate records of shipments, vehicle operator work records, and other logistical data to inform business decisions.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by responding to urgent calls and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Equipment Maintenance: Assist with the maintenance of communications equipment and ensure proper functioning of vehicles and other equipment.
- Reporting and Analysis: Compile and analyze data on logistics operations to identify areas for improvement and inform business strategy.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
- Work Setting: Willing to relocate
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in electronic mail, spreadsheet, and internet applications
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work independently, attention to detail, overtime required, tight deadlines, and work under pressure
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, organized, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
