Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at DXB Logistics Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and services.
Key Responsibilities- Logistics and Coordination: Coordinate the movement of goods and equipment, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
- Dispatch and Scheduling: Schedule and dispatch personnel and equipment according to work orders and schedules.
- Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintain accurate records and reports of shipments, mileage, fuel use, repairs, and expenses.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with vehicle operators, crews, and equipment to ensure seamless operations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
- Work Setting: Willing to relocate
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in electronic mail, spreadsheet, and internet
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work independently, attention to detail, overtime may be required, tight deadlines, and work under pressure
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, organized, work term: permanent, work language: English, hours: 40 to 50 hours per week
