Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shipping Coordinator to join our team at 555714 B.C. Ltd. dba Brikers. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating the operational logistics of our organization, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Management: Compile and process orders received from customers, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment.
  • Logistics Coordination: Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including planning and organizing the movement of goods and materials.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, track and complete work orders, and coordinate activities with other work units or departments.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports on operational performance, including metrics on inventory levels, shipping times, and customer satisfaction.
  • Supply Chain Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed, and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in dispatch management service software, monitoring and tracking software, electronic scheduler, database software, and other relevant tools.
