Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate receipt, storage, and shipment of goods.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and manage inventory levels, including receiving and stocking of goods.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
  • Assist in the loading and unloading of goods, as well as scanning and entering serialized equipment into our system.
  • Stage goods for shipment, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers.
  • Document and report on stock quantities to prevent stockouts and ensure smooth operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, installation, and workforce planning, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of our warehouse.

Requirements

  • Grade 12 or equivalent.
  • Valid class G driver's license.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. (and greater with assistance).
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Computer skills, including scanning and data collection.
