About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team at Reliance Home Comfort. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth flow of inventory and supplies to our installation crews.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and manage inventory of HVAC equipment and materials, including loading and unloading of equipment, and scanning and entering serialized equipment into our system.
  • Stage HVAC equipment and materials prior to installations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to our crews.
  • Document and report on stock quantities to prevent any disruptions to our operations.
  • Make deliveries as required by our installation crews, ensuring prompt and efficient service to our customers.
  • Load and unload equipment at job sites as needed, maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Assist installation crews with daily truck inspections and ensure regular maintenance is performed on our vehicles.
  • Collaborate with our installation, sales, and workforce planning departments to ensure seamless communication and accurate flow of information.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, supporting the overall success of our warehouse operations.

Requirements

  • A growth mindset, with a strong desire to learn and grow with our company.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Computer skills, including scanning, email, and data collection.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision, with a strong sense of independence and self-motivation.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs, with the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • A valid class G driver's license, with a clean driving record.
  • Grade 12 or equivalent, with a strong foundation in math and problem-solving skills.
