Assistant Store Manager Role

We're seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Michael Hill Cherry Lane. As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll play a key role in helping our customers mark life's most special moments. You'll be responsible for overseeing store operations, managing sales and customer service teams, and driving business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee store operations and manage sales and customer service teams
  • Drive business results through effective sales and customer service strategies
  • Develop and implement sales and customer service plans to meet business objectives
  • Manage inventory and merchandise to meet sales and customer demand
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience
