Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including inventory management, customer service, and staff supervision.
- Provide leadership and guidance to store staff, ensuring they have the necessary tools and support to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement sales strategies, promotions, and visual merchandising plans.
- Manage store inventory, including receiving, stocking, and rotating products to ensure optimal display and sales.
- Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge in areas such as customer service, sales, and inventory management.
- 3+ years of experience in retail management, preferably in the liquor industry.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a positive store environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire store staff.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and drive business results.
- Valid Serving it Right Certificate and WSET 1 or 2 designation an asset.
