- Collaborate with our chef to prepare food order summaries and ensure that all menu items are prepared to the highest standard.
- Supervise the delivery of food trolleys and ensure that all food is served in a timely and efficient manner.
- 3-4 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
