Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at SUBWAY. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.
- Training and Development: Train new staff members in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence within our team.
- Inventory Management: Estimate and manage inventory levels, ensuring we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Reporting and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of sales, stock, and wastage, preparing and submitting reports as required.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Work Setting: Restaurant environment with fast-paced and dynamic conditions.
- Supervision: 3-4 people, including food service counter attendants, food preparers, kitchen and food service helpers.
- Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation required.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, walking, and physically demanding.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, team player, and initiative.
Permanent position with 40 hours per week.
