Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and personalized experience for all customers.
  • Prepare and maintain the deli department, including displaying and merchandising products.
  • Assist customers with inquiries and requests, ensuring courteous and efficient service.
  • Work collaboratively with the department manager to train and direct part-time staff.
  • Maintain the department in the absence of the department manager, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
  • Ensure the safety and sanitation of the department meet company standards.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years' deli experience.
  • Excellent customer service skills and product knowledge.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of hours, including days, evenings, and weekends.
  • Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
