Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Wealth Management Associate to join our team at National Bank.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional service and advice to high net worth clients. As a Wealth Management Associate, you will be responsible for assisting private advisors with administrative tasks related to client accounts, providing superior customer service, and carrying out various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist private advisors with administrative tasks such as opening and maintaining customer files, carrying out administrative links with operational services, and performing various administrative tasks related to financial transactions and business development.
  • Provide superior customer service by preparing customer meetings, acting as a resource person for questions related to products, procedures, and policies, and ensuring compliance and risk management rules are respected.
Requirements
  • Completed college diploma and two years of relevant experience in administration or office automation.
  • Studies in administration or office automation, desirable.
  • Experience in customer service and knowledge of Word and Excel software.
  • Ability to work under pressure, with autonomy, initiative, and attention to detail.
  • Completion of the Canadian Securities Course and Conduct and Practices Handbook Course with a securities license.
