Program Overview
The Global Wealth and Asset Management (GWAM) Operations organization is comprised of several business units. The Performance & Reporting team is responsible for delivering timely, consistent, and high-quality performance measurement, attribution, and analytics services. This team leads the transformation to ensure data is leveraged and data-driven tools are developed as a strategic asset supporting business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Comprehensive training program focusing on three key areas: Customer Experience, Data Analytics, and Continuous Improvement.
- Professional development events focusing on building soft skills, networking, and mentorship.
- Community of new graduates working in GWAM operations from across locations, all willing to learn and connect with each other.
- Apply training and knowledge gained appropriately – data mining, analysis, and visualization, process assessment, root cause assessment, prioritization, presentations of analysis, customer needs, and NPS.
- Day-to-day activities may include valuation oversight, trade processing and reconciliation, risk oversight, vendor management, tax compliance, security lending, financial reporting, client onboarding, shareholder record keeping, data management, and creation of dashboards.
Requirements
- Graduating in Spring 2025 from an accredited university with a degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
- Strategic thinker with a customer-centric focus.
- Analytical skills with a passion for working with data and solving problems.
- Strong work ethic with a proactive, flexible attitude and a desire to pitch in wherever needed.
- Excellent time management, planning, and communication skills.
- Ability to create and maintain relationships with various stakeholders.
- Understanding of the financial services industry and wealth and asset management.
