About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at 10314528 Canada Inc. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Store Operations: Direct and control daily store operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.
  • Customer Service: Evaluate and improve customer service standards, ensuring that all customers receive exceptional service.
  • Merchandise Management: Plan and organize merchandise displays, ensuring that products are visually appealing and easy to find.
  • Staff Management: Manage and motivate a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales growth, including promotions, events, and visual merchandising.
  • Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitoring revenues and expenses to ensure profitability.
  • Human Resources: Determine staffing requirements, recruit, hire, and supervise staff, and conduct performance reviews.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints, supply shortages, and other operational challenges.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 32 hours per week.
