Job Title: Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at 10314528 Canada Inc. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in the success of our retail store by overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Direct and control daily store operations, ensuring a high level of customer service and a safe working environment.
  • Staff Management: Manage and develop a team of retail staff, including recruiting, hiring, and supervising employees.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Determine merchandise and services to be sold, implement price and credit policies, and develop and implement marketing strategies.
  • Financial Management: Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses, ensuring the store operates within budget.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • Ability to work 32 hours per week.
