Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at 10314528 Canada Inc. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management
    • Direct and control daily store operations to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
    • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Staff Management
    • Manage and supervise store staff, including recruiting, hiring, and training new employees.
    • Assign duties and responsibilities to staff members to ensure optimal store performance.
  • Merchandise and Services
    • Determine the merchandise and services to be sold in the store, including selecting and procuring products for resale.
    • Implement price and credit policies to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Marketing and Sales
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer engagement.
    • Plan and execute sales promotions and events to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
  • Financial Management
    • Plan and manage store budgets to ensure optimal financial performance.
    • Monitor revenues and expenses to identify areas for cost reduction and improvement.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Experience
    • At least 1 year of experience in a retail management role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
