About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned Sales Director to join our team at Fiserv, a global leader in payments and financial technology. As a key member of our Commercial Middle Market Sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Commercial Bankers and Treasury Sales Officers
  • Collaborate with senior Commercial Bank relationship teams to develop comprehensive sales strategies
  • Self-source referrals and leads, leveraging CRM tools and prospecting skills
  • Drive execution of departmental sales and revenue objectives
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 years sales experience with demonstrated results and success
  • Strong business experience within the Payments industry
  • Experience identifying and building relationships with key C-level decision makers
  • Enterprise and/or complex sales experience in solution selling
  • Demonstrated experience in achievement of sales and revenue goals
