About the Role
The estimated annual salary for this position is between $120,000 and $180,000 depending on experience, qualifications, and location. As a Strategic Finance Director at ExecThread, you will work closely with the leadership team to develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making across various teams.
- Collaborate with the CMO and COO to manage the finance team and take on operational responsibilities.
- Ensure the delivery of key operational, commercial, and financial targets.
- Prepare documents for external accountants and assist in the development and monitoring of the annual budget.
- Implement tax planning, treasury, working capital management, and cash generation strategies to optimize financial performance.
Requirements:
