Job Summary: As a Bingo Host at Delta Bingo & Gaming, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of Bingo sessions. This includes calling numbers, verifying winners, promoting events, and making announcements in a personable, professional, and entertaining manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Obtain and maintain a valid AGCO license.
- Strictly follow and enforce all COVID-19 policies and procedures.
- Host Bingo sessions with clarity and enthusiasm.
- Ensure the proper maintenance and working order of Bingo equipment.
- Remain calm and in control during events such as multiple winners.
- Maintain awareness of player devices and accurate payouts.
- Understand all Bingo programs and games.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding Bingo programs and promotions.
- Identify and report potential safety hazards.
- Perform other tasks and housekeeping duties as assigned.
- Comply with the Delta Bingo & Gaming dress code.
Requirements:
- Exceptional customer service and resolution skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to speak in front of a crowd.
- Basic math skills.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in English and French.
