Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Bingo Host to join our team at Delta Bingo & Gaming in Hawkesbury. As a Bingo Host, you will be responsible for ensuring each Bingo session runs smoothly and efficiently. This includes calling numbers, verifying winners, promoting events, and making announcements.

Responsibilities:

  • Obtain and maintain a valid AGCO license.
  • Strictly follow and enforce all COVID-19 policies and procedures.
  • Host Bingo sessions in a personable, professional, and entertaining manner while speaking with clarity.
  • Ensure proper maintenance and working order of all Bingo equipment.
  • Remain calm and in control when events such as multiple winners occur.
  • Maintain awareness of player devices operating accordingly.
  • Completely understand all Bingo programs and games.
  • Understand and respond to customer inquiries regarding Bingo programs, Red 7, promotions, and any other product or service offered at Delta Bingo & Gaming.
  • Immediately see to potential safety hazards and report as necessary to the Session Manager.
  • Undertake other tasks and housekeeping duties as assigned by the supervisor.
  • Comply with the Delta Bingo & Gaming dress code.

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Exceptional customer service and resolution skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to speak in front of a crowd.
  • Ability to do basic, quick math is essential.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Fluent in English and French.
